  Took the family there the firs time tonight, turned out to be perhaps the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I mean, the rest of the staff were pretty friendly, however there was this one lady who seemed to be the manager who ruined the whole evening - shouting at us for changing table with another staff member's permission, telling me off for merely taking a look at the content of the fridge, trying to make a decision on what drinks to get for the kids. Honestly, the food was pretty tasty, the whole place would've been completely different without her.

  This is a great Thai restaurant, I've been a few times now and the dishes are all very good. I've dined at hundreds of Thai restaurants around Sydney and would suggest this is a little better than the average high standard we're luck enough to get. The service okay, not great - friendly but just not experience. The only reason I gave 3 stars rather than 4 is that on one occasion we ordered a crispy deep fried whole fish that was not crispy and even raw in the middle. The fish itself was very old (yes, you can still tell even if it's deep fried!). Every restaurant can make a mistake like this, but when I mentioned it to the waiter who told the owner they didn't seem to care at all...not even an offer for some reduction in the price. Hmmm, not great.

  bad service...price up bit they didn't change the price list . Today the lady was so rough .I think she should learn how to service customer wirh a good manner.

  DONT TIP!! THE OWNER KEEPS THE TIPS. THEY DONT HIRE OTHER ETHNICITIES ONLY ASIAN CAUSE SHE SAYS THEY MIGHT STEAL!!! THEY MICROWAVE THEIR FISH. THEY PREP THEIR FOOD A WEEK EARLIER SO YOUR EATING MICROWAVED FOOD (CURRIES). THE OWNER CINDY DOES NOT LIKE KIDS. SHES SUCH A SWEET TALKER. DON'T BUY INTO HER NICENESS. SHE HATES PEOPLE THAT ARE PICKY WITH ORDERS. SHE CHARGES $1 EXTRA For SERVICE. She pays her workers 15$ an hour. i worked there for a month and out of no the owner Cindy texted me to look for a new job. So unprofessional. They should of told me from the start. At least have the decency to talk to me face to face. Horrible people... they do this a lot with their employees.... It's the truth...
